The crew at Mateo is packing up it plates, burners, cutlery, decanters and shakers for a night of fun at Isabelle Farms.  Isabelle farms will be hosting Mateo for their second annual farm dinner, a night of community, fantastic food, excellent Colorado-based drinks and, or course, Isabelle’s amazing produce. Mateo and Isabelle Farms have a uniquely close connection.  The two are participating in a restaurant CSA that brings Mateo weekly baskets of the freshest organic produce available.  On any given night the Farm crew can be found at the restaurant munching on frites, while Mateo’s staff have been helping to plant fields, clean squash and trim herbs.  Become a part of this genuine connection between farmer and restaurant and join us in this celebration of Colorado’s bounty.

Opened in 2001 in Boulder, Colorado, Mateo is a Chef and Owner operated restaurant, featuring simple dishes inspired by the Provence Region in Europe.
