About The Squeaky Bean

Opened in 2009 in the Potter Highland District of Denver, The Squeaky Bean is a small cafe that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Executive Chef Max Mackissock prepares seasonally-based cuisine that is both adventurous and approachable. Open seven days a week, the restaurant is proud of its strong purveyor relationships including their Lucero-Polidori Farm back alley garden, affectionately named after the neighbors next door.
